Thursday, March 31st, 2011If you didn’t see the follow up post about last night’s meeting here it is. If you have a sponsor or industry connection spread the word and help bring back the best event ever. I’ve already emailed a couple people instead of doing school work.
“Ok Friends, this is the deal- .
1.) About 2000 bales of hay= $5 per bale = $10k, (usually we get it donated; but for the farmers during economic conditions money is tight for these guys around here..esp. in NY so we don’t expect them to donate to much)
2.) Donations
3.) If our local County (Madison) needs to repair the road, for your safety.
4.) Volunteers
Last event 08, cost more than $10,000.00 to host the event., with donations included. This year w/ the cost of hay it is going to be about $15,000-$20,000
We want to make this happen, but with a short time to plan it’s going to be hard. So the more money we can get to host this event, the better-as soon as we can–
